adidas Has Designed This Timberwolves-Inspired Crazy Boost 2018 PE Colorway For Andrew Wiggins

As a part of the adidas #imaginedby campaign, Andrew Wiggins designed a special pair of the ZX Flux, drawing inspiration from the suit he wore on his 2014 NBA Draft Day. Later that year, adidas whipped up a special Crazylight Boost 2015 PE iteration that featured his “AW” logo on the tongues and despite being a PE, it eventually hit the shelves in on July 17th, 2015. The same year, Andrew Wiggins even stared in a Foot Locker advertisement alongside Damian Lillard and Jimmy Kimmel. Since he has already previously rocked several Crazylight pairs, the latest adidas Crazy Explosive 2018 colorway designed for Andrew Wiggins should not surprise you.

Throughout 2015, Andrew Wiggins tremendously promoted the adidas Crazylight Boost system. Back in June 2016, it was revealed that he would be laced up in the Crazy Explosive during the 2015–16 NBA season. In fact, he played an active role in unveiling the model, which resembled a wrestling boot. The breathable uppers of the Crazy Explosive were made up of Primeknit and a high-arching ankle support system. It was also equipped with full-length Boost midsoles that had a tubular-like shape. It also featured lateral TPU roll cages for forefront stability. The Crazy Explosive made its retail debut in a “Solar Red” colorway on August 1st, 2016 for $150.

Ever since introducing the adidas Crazy Explosive, Andrew Wiggins has already laced up in a few PE colorways of the model. adidas even released Crazy Explosive Low colorways inspired by him. His Crazy Explosive 2018 PE appears to be dressed up in the team colors of the Minnesota Timberwolves. It is predominantly dressed up in a bright Lime Green hue, while featuring Blue-colored abstract embroidered patterns and other detailing, including the “Three Stripes” and “AW” branding.
