A few months ago, Kanye West shared a photo of his rough sketches of the “Yeezy 2019” line of sneakers. Based on Kanye’s sketches, the adidas YEEZY models that will be debuting next year will include the 50 V2, 451, 700 V3, 1050, the Terrex, and an unknown “Basketball” model. Also among them was a rough sketch of the Yeezy 350 V3, which until last year was believed to be making its debut in 2018, which was proven not to be the case. Kanye West’s rough sketches aside, further evidence seems to have popped up that suggests that the Yeezy Boost 350 V3 will indeed arrive early in 2019.
The Yeezy Boost 350 made its worldwide retail debut back on June 27th, 2015 in a “Turtle Dove” colorway. A year later, adidas modified Yeezy Boost 350 to incorporate extra padding and support into its heels. At Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 was revealed in a “Beluga” colorway, which eventually made its retail debut on September 24th, 2016. While Kanye West’s rough sketches were revealed back in June 2018, YEEZY MAFIA (@theyeezymafia) shared photos last year of an almost never-before-seen Yeezy Boost 350 variation. Instagram user Sneaker Info. (@pinoe77) even hinted that Yeezy Boost 350 V3 would be debuting in 2018.
It is uncertain whether Yeezy Mafia’s photos are indeed of the adidas Yeezy Boost 350, but they could be. If that is the case, the Yeezy Boost 350 will essentially look the same as its predecessor, the V2. The only exception is the “SPLY-350” branding featured on its Primeknit uppers, which appears to be slanted. While the photos are dubious, Yeezy Mafia has also reported when exactly the Yeezy Boost 350 will be making its debut. It seems that the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 will be making its retail debut during the first quarter of 2019 and will be available for $220 from specific addias stores and online.
