The Air Jordan 11 “Bred” is making its comeback this year and will be a part of the final Air Jordan releases during the Holiday Season. It is going to be this year’s annual Air Jordan 11 release. For Air Jordan 11 Holiday Season release last year, Jordan Brand brought back the original “Concord” colorway, which made its retail debut on December 8th, 2018 at a price of $220. The year before that, Jordan Brand released two brand new colorways of the Air Jordan 11. They were dubbed “Win Like ’82” and “Win Like ’96,” both of which were inspired by historic championship victories from Michael Jordan’s famed career.
Michael Jordan originally laced up in the Air Jordan 4 “Bred” for the 1996 NBA Playoffs. By the time the postseason tournament of the NBA’s 1995–96 season had concluded, Michael Jordan had set a record of a becoming the NBA Finals MVP for the fourth time. Furthermore, he led the Chicago Bulls to defeat the Seattle Supersonics and win their fourth title. The 1995–96 regular season is also regarded as the best of the Chicago Bulls due to their win-loss record of 72–10. In 2015, Jordan Brand even designed a “72-10” colorway of Air Jordan 11, which itself was that year’s annual Air Jordan 11 release.
It probably does not surprise you that the Air Jordan 11 “Bred” is one of the most colorways of the sneaker model. The images you see here are not of this year’s version. The colorway was re-released as a retro twice before, once in 2001 and then in 2012. However, like last year’s Air Jordan 11 “Concord,” the heel of the right shoe will feature “45” rather than “23.” Its color scheme will consist of Black, Varsity Red and White. Its patent leather mudguards will have a higher cut like the original. The Air Jordan 11 “Bred” will be among the Air Jordan releases 2019 this Holiday Season.
