It turns out that James Harden JH-Town Weekend will also include a charity basketball tournament, and numerous celebrities and NBA stars will be attending. Chris Paul, his own teammate from the Houston Rockets, will also be a part of the tournament, and so will Demar DeRozan and John Wall, both of whom are NBA All-Stars. The sidelines will also feature celebrities from the modeling and music industry. The charity basketball tournament will be taking place at the Tudor Fieldhouse of the Rice University this coming Saturday and Sunday. Earlier this month, adidas unveiled the Harden B/E, James Harden’s new signature shoe, which already has two colorways now.
The first signature sneaker designed by adidas for James Harden was the Harden Vol. 1. This past June, it was revealed that the Harden Vol. 1 had been transformed into a lifestyle model, which adidas dubbed the Harden LS. A noteworthy feature of this lifestyle variation was that overall, its silhouette looks much cleaner and its toe boxes did not feature caps. According to adidas, the first round of Harden LS colorways will be making their retail debut prior to the beginning of the 2017–18 NBA season. So far, there are three colorways dubbed “Fast Life,” “LA Life,” “Night Life” and “Sweet Life.”
Back to the Harden B/E, the sneaker was introduced and unveiled earlier in August 2017. The Harden B/E has been designed to have asymmetrical uppers, including its laces and tongues, while it also features a distinct mesh webbing system that makes it appear unusual yet interesting. Rather than Boost, it is equipped with Bounce cushioning, which is the reason its retail price is lower. The first colorway that was unveiled featured a Navy and White color scheme. The second one, which was unveiled more recently, appears to be sporting a Black and Orange color scheme.
It is being reported that James Harden’s Harden B/E will make its retail debut somewhere in Summer 2017 and as mentioned, its retail price is relatively lower. So, each of these colorways of the adidas Harden B/E will become available at a price of $140.
