Jordan Brand Has Whipped Up An Entire New Air Jordan 1 “Camo” Pack

Camouflage print has become a distinguished, growing trend in men’s fashion. This season, camouflage print seems to be receiving the high-fashion treatment. Camouflage is one of those trends that has been here for a long time and will likely stay. Apparently, one reason this trend has been rising is because green has become the “color of the year” in 2017. Even though it is quite of a functional and practical print, a myriad of designers have recently been using it abundance in their collections. Jordan Brand has used the camouflage print many times before and in 2017, they are planning to drop an entire Air Jordan 1Camo” Pack.

Air Jordan 1 “Camo” Pack-2At the recent Bottega Veneta, camouflage print even received an artful treatment, being incorporated into hand-painted blocky, geometric prints. The prints were featured over tailored bombers, bowling shirts and suit jackets. It turns out that there is actually a way to wear camouflage stylishly and it merely involves keeping it simple. Many people make the mistake of wearing a completely camouflaged outfit, but to really make it work, the print should be donned more as an accent or perhaps even as footwear like sneakers. Camouflage print can also be toned down by wearing darker colors, and paired with classic belts and watches.

For traditional sneakerheads who tend to prefer it if Jordan Brand do not experiment with the original aesthetic of Air Jordan sneakers, it might take time to warm up to the “Camo” Pack. Of course, they cannot complain since it has been happening for years now, take for example the upcoming OFF-White x Air Jordan 1. Currently, the photos of these two Air Jordan 1 colorways from the pack look a bit mismatched, but they were all shared on Instagram by @Gallery2. These two iterations appear to be inspired by the classic “Banned” and “Shadow” colorways of the model.

Air Jordan 1 “Camo” Pack-3The Air Jordan 1 “Shadow Camo” is equipped with panels made up of suede and those covered in traditional woodland camouflage, while concealed 3M accents can also be spotted. The Air Jordan 1 “Banned Shadow” is also dressed up in similar color blocking but with University Red instead of Black. Furthermore, the heels have “AIR 23” stitched onto them and the tongues feature “Jumpman” branding.

For now, Jordan Brand does not seem to have revealed when exactly this Air Jordan 1 “Camo” Pack will end up hitting the shelves.
