When it comes to the latest Nike release 2015 news related to the signature Kobe line, the spotlight is currently shining on the legendary Tinker Hatfield. Dino Hatfield, also known as Baltsneakershow on Twitter, recently Tweeted a potential rumor that the upcoming Kobe 11 is being designed by none other than Tinker himself. Even though just about everyone within the sneaker community is talking about this rumor, news about the arrival of a particular upcoming Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low colorway has also been the center of attention.
A couple of weeks ago, before the abovementioned rumor began spreading, news related to the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low “Mambacurial” was making headlines on sneaker blogs. Much like last year, the demand for the Elite variety of Kobe Bryant’s signature sneakers is at an all time high, among other basketball shoes. Ever since February when Nike Basketball first introduced a basketball sneaker equipped with Flyknit material, sneakerheads have grown tremendously fond of them. Perhaps that is why Nike aims to do something different, new and unique every time they whip up a new Kobe Elite iteration. The upcoming “Mambacurial” colorway of the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low is no different and it is a nickname sneakersheads are likely familiar with.
Back in 2013, Nike had dropped Kobe 8 “Mambacurial,” which sported the signature color combination of fuchsia and neon green while the branding was colored in Mercurial. The upcoming “Mambacurial” rendition of the Kobe 10 Elite Low features its signature Flyknit upper that is dressed up in black, pink and white hues, while the medial toe sports a soccer-friendly Nike Swoosh. Surprisingly, there is no trace of an enlarged “Nike” anywhere on this sneaker.
Sneakersheads can probably get an idea of how special this Nike release 2015 happens to be from the buzz surrounding its arrival at retailers. It is being rumored and it is very likely that the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low Mambacurial will hit the shelves on September 12 and it will be up for grabs at a price of $200.
