Nike Has Unveiled The Most Muted Colorway Of The Kobe 11 To Date

The Nike release 2016 of the debuting inaugural “Achilles Heel” rendition of Kobe Bryant’s latest eleventh on-court signature basketball sneaker model took place quite recently. The inspiration for the very first Nike Kobe 11 colorway came both from Achilles, the Greek hero, and Kobe Bryant’s Achilles heel injury that cut his 2013 season short. Soon after introducing the Kobe 11 “Achilles Heel,” Nike added another colorway of the silhouette to their 2016 Black History Collection, which will hit the shelves very soon. However, Nike has whipped up yet another Kobe 11 iteration that they intend to drop by the end of this month.

Nike Kobe 11 Elite Low HomeNike’s Kobe 11 model features an upgraded upper that has flyknit technology incorporated into it, along while thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) yarn has also been used that makes it optimally strong. Apart from the fact that Flyknit is a transparent material, it also grants the Kobe 11 several desirable qualities, such as making it elastic and resistant to abrasions, grease and oil. Moreover, the model is also more lightweight, responsive and supportive than its predecessors because of this high performance upgrade. What makes it even more superior is that it is also equipped with a full-length Lunarlon foam and its heel contains a Zoom unit that provides cushioning.

The newest upcoming colorway of the Kobe 11 is perhaps the most muted version of the eleventh Kobe model yet. The Flynit upper of the sneaker is dressed up in a combination of black and white. As far as accents are concerned, Court Purple ones can be spotted throughout the upper, while a few red ones are also visible on the insole. Apparently, Nike intends to feature a brand new, different logo on every new Kobe 11 iteration they will drop; hence, the rear end of this rendition sports a new icon. Sneakerheads can keep their eyes peeled for the worldwide January 30th Nike release 2016 of this new Kobe 11, which is also being referred to as the “Home” colorway.
