The Kyrie 1 is Kyrie Irving’s first signature sneaker model. The first colorway of the model named after the Cleveland Cavaliers’ point guard made its retail debut in December 2014. The model has even hit the shelves in “Premium” editions, such as the “All-Star” rendition and the “BHM” version, which were even worn by Kyrie himself and other NBA athletes during the 2014-2015 NBA season.
The Kyrie 2 is the second signature sneaker model of Kyrie Irving that Nike released on December 9th, 2015 on NIKEiD. Lego Chang was responsible for designing both the Kyrie 1 and Kyrie 2, which he constructed using Hyperfuse. Unlike its predecessor, the Kyrie 2 is also equipped with a cross strap that resembles that of the KD 4.
The Christmas version of the Nike Kyrie 2 recently arrived at retailers on December 26th. 2016 is also scheduled to mark the retail debut of the third official iteration of the Kyrie 2, the Bright Crimson-colored “Inferno” colorway, which was showcased in further detail on Christmas Day. The sneaker’s release is scheduled for January 1, 2016 when it will retail at a price of $125.
