Nike Has Brought Back Their Hybrid SB Trainerendor Trainer In A “Greyscale” Colorway
Nike has never really put much effort into promoting the SB Trainerendor training shoes and the model has never really taken the sneaker community by storm. In fact, the lifespan of the Nike SB Trainerendor was relatively brief and short-lived, but even during this fleeting period; colors of the trainers flew off the shelves rather steadily. One of the reasons the hybrid trainer sells so well is because it is versatile enough to serve as a casual, hiking and training shoe, and now the Nike release 2015 of a new stylish “Greyscale” colorway is nearing. With summer gradually transitioning into fall, the latest Nike release 2015 of the Air Foamposite One that will arrive at retailers soon appears to be quite appropriate for the coming season. Back in June when summer was still underway, Nike released the Air Foamposite One “Wolf Grey” that featured a suede upper, which is a rare occurrence. However, Nike has once again used suede on the upper of their popular Air Foamposite One model for this upcoming “Olive” colorway, which looks more like a boot than a sneaker. Nike has made a name for itself by whipping up hybrids of some of their most renowned sneakers. The latest hybrid Nike release 2015 has already arrived in the form of an upgraded version of Nike’s leading skateboarding model. Apparently, Nike had no intention of keeping sneakerheads waiting because they have already dropped the SB Stefan Janoski Max Mid.
Over the past couple of years, Nike has dropped a plethora of colorways of the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max and now the silhouette has received somewhat of a remix treatment. Considering that the rainy fall season is arriving, it is not surprising that Nike has significantly upgraded the SB Stefan Janoski Max to match the impending weather.
The first and foremost upgrade that has been made to the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max is more than obvious, considering that this latest iteration now appears to be a mid-top sneaker. Instead of its signature mesh or suede construction, the upper of this sneaker also seems to be made up of tweed, which will prove to be durable and rugged enough to resist the weather.
Considering that the fall weather is known for being wet, the heel and toe cap of this sneaker are also equipped with waterproof TPU paneling, so sneakerheads will not have to worry about winding up in puddles. As a result, the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max Mid ends up looking like a boot, while ensuring comfort through the combination of Air Max and Free. Apart from the tweed material covering the upper, the sneaker also sports leather accents. Finally, hints of Bright Orange and a contrasting White Free midsole add the finishing touch.
The bottom line is that the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max Mid is an ideal all-purpose and casual sneaker that has been specifically designed and upgraded for the fall season. Sneakerheads can even cop it for a price of $130 at select Nike retailers and online venues like Rock City Kicks.
