For some reason, Nike got the idea to pay homage to City of New York with a collection of five of their most popular signature sneaker models, which have been collectively dubbed the “Tale of Two Cities” pack. All five of these sneakers will kick off the fall season with a premium new black and metallic silver construction and this collection was initially being referred to as the “Crackle” pack because of their unique look. While potential upcoming Nike release dates 2015 are still being speculated for the retail debut of this pack, sneakerheads have probably already picked their favorites.
The five sneakers that this “Tale of Two Cities” pack comprises of will be featuring a matching color scheme. The color combination is supposed to represent the fact that New York has always been known to be one heck of a tough city. In particular, the metallic silver overlays are a representation of New York City’s metallic subway trains and towering skyscrapers. The “Tale of Two Cities” pack includes Nike’s renowned models, namely the Nike Air Force 1 High, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Nike Air Huarache, Nike Air Max 1 and the Nike Air Pegasus ’83.
These dark versions of these iconic basketball and running shoes are made up of suede, which is dressed up in ominous black. These sneakers are adorned by crackled metallic silver overlays, which can spotted over the heel panel, mudguard and in the case of the Air Max 1 rendition, even over the Nike Swooshes. These are probably the most stylish colorways of these particular models that sneakerheads have seen all year.
Hence, sneakerheads who want to add some flair and pop to their wardrobe are probably hoping to get their hands on this collection. The “Tale of Two Cities” pack, which is also going by the name of the “Metallic Silver” pack, will hopefully arrive at retailers on one of the upcoming Nike release dates 2015
