This Air Jordan 31 Low Appears To Be Sporting “Fade To Black” Aesthetics

It is currently March 2017. Back in March 2016, Nike unveiled the “Black Mamba” Collection, also known as the “Fade To Black” Collection, in honor of Kobe Bryant’s retirement from NBA. The collection included all of the Nike Kobe signature models, along with 2008’s original Hyperdunk 08 and the renowned Huarache 2k4. The collection was a celebration of Kobe Bryant’s entire partnership with Nike ever since 2003 after he switched over from adidas, which led to the advent of the Kobe line in 2006. While the Air Jordan 31 Low would not fit into the collection, Jordan Brand has designed an iteration that seems like it would. Jordan Brand’s Spring 2017 Lineup Will Include These New Air Jordan 31 Colorways

Earlier this year in January, Jordan Brand revealed that the Air Jordan 31 would be receiving the low-top treatment in 2017. They revealed that the Air Jordan 31 Low variation would end up arriving at laters as a part of their Spring/Summer Jordan releases 2017. Instagram user @td58 even shared on-foot on photo of an almost entirely Red-colored Air Jordan 31 Low iteration. It was Thomas Davis, the Carolina Panthers’ outside linebacker, who was rocking this unreleased sneaker. While there has been no news of that particular colorway, it turns out that Jordan Brands’s Spring 2017 lineup will include several Air Jordan 31 Low releases. The Michigan Wolverines Were Sporting Air Jordan PEs With Practice Jerseys In Washington

It seemed that the Michigan Wolverines would have to remain dressed in their practice jerseys for the remainder of the Big Ten tournament because their game uniforms were left behind. Even John Beilein, the team’s head coach, had to continue wearing the same suit he was dressed in when their plane was leaving from the Willow Run Airport in Ypsilanti, Michigan on March 8th. The plane actually skidded nearly 400 yards across the runway, coming to a halt into a ditch. They still made it to the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. to be a part of the tournament and they were all rocking various Air Jordan PEs. The biggest event on the basketball is finally over and it was definitely a memorable one. It was a celebration of both the sport and the athletes who partake in it. While the athletes undoubtedly made quite an impression during the 2017 NBA All-Star Game, another thing that stood out was Jordan Brand’s pop-up that was opened in New Orleans. Unlike other brands, Jordan Brand really integrated themselves within the New Orleans community and had a lot to offer to all those who visited. Georgetown Hoyas Receive These Jordan 31 PEs For Their Coaches vs. Cancer Week

Many sneakerheads are probably not familiar with the Coaches vs. Cancer program while others may have actually heard of it. This collaboration resulted when the American Cancer Society decided to collaborate with the National Association of Basketball Coaches. This initiative takes maximum advantage of community leadership, personal experiences and the professional brilliance of coaches throughout the country. The ultimate goal behind it is to raise awareness about cancer, while utilizing advocacy programs, awareness efforts and fundraising activities throughout the year to foster a healthy lifestyle. The Air Jordan 31 iteration featured here is only designed for the Coaches vs. Cancer program, but more specifically for the Georgetown Hoyas. Real Bamboo Detailing Is Featured On The Air Jordan 31 “Chinese New Year”

The Chinese New Year begins with the lunar year’s first moon and 15 days later when it is a full moon, which is the reason its dates vary on the 12-month Gregorian calendar. Many holidays have plants associated with them. For instance, evergreen conifers, holly and mistletoe are associated with Christmas. Similarly, the Chinese New Year also has a plant associated with it and in the West, it is called the “Lucky Bamboo.” Its scientific name is actually Dracaena sanderiana and it is related to the common household Corn Plant. Jordan Brand Will Be Dropping This Air Jordan 31 “Supernova” On Christmas Eve

A supernova is basically an exploding star and such an explosion tends to be the largest in space. A supernova occurs when a star has reached the very final stages of its evolution. Much like other celestial events, immense and massive amounts of energy are released when a supernova occurs. The energy that is produced upon the explosion of a star is 1,020 times as much as the energy that is released by the Sun per second. Fortunately for human beings, the Sun will not explode like stars.
