Along with a photo, rumors regarding the possibility that Jordan Brand is potentially working on a “What The” version of the Air Jordan 1 began circulating at the beginning of this month. Around the same time, another new photo had also popped up that suggested that perhaps the Air Jordan 3 is also going to be receiving the “What The” treatment this year. Oddly enough, it seems that one of the model’s colorways from the past that this “What The” iteration apparently borrows from is the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue,” which itself is returning this year. The 2016 Air Jordan 8 Championship Pack Celebrates Michael Jordan’s 1993 Championship Three-Peat

Over the past two years, Jordan Brand have consecutively commemorated 1st and 2nd NBA Championship victories that Michael Jordan is credited for securing. Starting with the Air Jordan 6 back in 2014 when it was the 23rd anniversary of the model, the Jumpman introduced the Championship Pack consisting of “Champagne” and “Cigar” colorways. The very next year, Jordan Brand followed up with another Championship Pack with similarly nicknamed colorways of the Air Jordan 7. Considering that 2016 marks the 23 anniversary of the Air Jordan 8, Jordan Brand are apparently preparing “Champagne” and “Cigar” iterations for this year’s Championship Pack. The Air Jordan 12 “Playoffs” are one of the most renowned colorways of the model for several different reasons. Many avid Jordanheads likely remember it as the sneaker that Michael Jordan had worn during the 1997 NBA All-Star Game in which he scored a triple-double. They likely also recall that even during the 1997 NBA Finals when Michael Jordan won Game 1 against the Utah Jazz, he was laced up in this sneaker. The “Exclusive” Air Jordan 4 PRM “Black Pony Hair” Might Retail At $400

The Air Jordan 4 PRM “Black Pony Hair” was one of the Air Jordan sneakers that Jordanheads were looking forward to arrive at retailers this weekend, but unfortunately they did not. Four sneakers, including the Air Jordan 4 being discussed here, have been postponed by Jordan Brand and will now be hitting the shelves next month. 2015 had marked the 30th anniversary Jordan Brand and their inaugural Air Jordan 1 model, so they had introduced the Pinnacle series in celebration of the landmark milestone. They had even dropped a handful Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle colorways, each boasting a luxurious and premium aesthetic because of the deluxe mix of materials they were made up of. After receiving exclusive previews of this year’s Holiday footwear that Jordan Brand intends to drop near the end of 2016, Marcus Jordan that the sneakers are apparently incredible. Even though Michael Jordan’s younger son did not disclose anything at all, Jordan Brand have already revealed three sneakers that will be arriving at retailers during the 2016 Holiday Season. The Air Jordan 15 Is Returning In 2017 In A New “Stealth” Colorway

In recent times, lots of outrageous but untrue news about Michael Jordan has surfaced. It has been wrongfully reported that the G.O.A.T. has supposedly claimed that the Air Jordan sneakers have never been designed for “poor black kids.” According to these dishonest reports, MJ has even claimed that the reason Jordan Brand’s sneakers are so expensive is because they are meant for “suburban whites.” Another fake news report even suggested that Michael Jordan is planning to lower the prices of Air Jordan sneakers down to nearly $20 in 2017 because it allegedly costs merely $5 to produce them.
