After its debut last month, Russell Westbrook’s Why Not Zer0.2 will join February’s Air Jordan releases 2019 in an “All-Star” colorway. The very first colorway of the Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 was dubbed “Future History,” which became available on January 10th, 2019 at a price of $125. After the multi-colored and vibrant “Future History,” the next iteration of the Why Not Zer0.2 that hit the shelves was relatively plain, dressed up in just Black and White, and was dubbed “The Family.” However, the upcoming “All-Star” colorway of the Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 is by far the most multi-colored and vibrant of them all to date.
Some of the earlier Air Jordan releases 2019 also included Russell Westbrook‘s debuting second signature model, the Jordan Why Not Zer0.2. The Why Not Zer0.2 was first seen back in December 2018 when some leaked photos were shared by @nikeswoosh.ph on Instagram. As 2019 begun, one of the first things that Jordan Brand did was officially unveil the Why Not Zer0.2 on January 1st. Not only that, Russell Westbrook’s second signature sneaker model made its retail debut in full family sizes on January 10th, 2019. Its debuting colorway consisted of multiple hues, such as Black, Orange, shades of Blue, Red, and Sail, which covered its soles.
A brand new colorway of Russell Westbrook‘s third lifestyle sneaker model recently joined last month’s Air Jordan releases 2018. It was quite surprising when the Jordan Westbrook 0 was first unveiled back in 2015, simply due to the fact that it was a lifestyle shoe rather than a basketball sneaker that Russell could actually wear on the court. At the same time, it also made sense considering Russell Westbrook’s natural sense of style. Overall, the Westbrook 0’s silhouette resembles that of the Air Jordan 1 and lace eyelets were seemingly inspired by the Air Jordan 11. Of course, Russell Westbrook now has his own signature basketball sneaker too.
Russell Westbrook‘s latest lifestyle sneaker model will be making its retail debut among this month’s upcoming Air Jordan releases 2018. Russell Westbrook’s first signature model from Jordan Brand was the Westbrook 0. It was a minimal and sleek off-court, lifestyle shoe that drew inspiration from Russell Westbrook’s fashion-forward style. Also inspired by Jordan Brand’s own heritage, the Westbrook 0 was designed to be “clean and versatile.” The Westbrook 0 made its retail debut on August 1st, 2015 at a price of $130. As of now, there are already two Jordan Westbrook models and it seems a third one will be debuting at retailers later this month.
A brand new colorway of Russell Westbrook‘s signature sneaker model was among the recent Air Jordan releases 2018. For quite a while, Russell Westbrook did not have a signature basketball sneaker model that he could actually play in on the court. Since Russell is known for his fashion statement, Jordan Brand actually designed for him the lifestyle Jordan Westbrook 0. Fortunately, Jordan Brand introduced the Jordan Why Not Zer0.1, which eventually made its retail debut on January 15th, 2018 in a “Mirror Image” colorway that retailed for $125. Ever since, plenty of other Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 colorways have hit the shelves, including the three recent ones featured here.
The entire Oklahoma City Thunder team, including Paul George and Russell Westbrook, were working out at the University of California with one of the top trainers in the United States, Rico Hines. In terms of offense, the Oklahoma City Thunder excelled during the 2017–18 NBA season. However, when it came to scoring three-point field goals, they collectively scored merely 35.4 successful shots from beyond the three-point line. Thus, Russell Westbrook has been devoting his offseason time to improve his three-point shooting. While out and about, practicing and working out, Russell Westbrook was recently spotted rocking a never-before-seen sneaker that was not the Jordan Why Not Zer0.1.
It’s been a year since Russell Westbrook’s first signature sneaker from Jordan Brand last arrived at retailers. The Jordan Westbrook Low 0 hit the shelves in a simple “Black/White” colorway for the summer back in May 2016. As you may recall, the Westbrook 0 was introduced the year before that, back in February 2015 as an off-the-court, lifestyle sneaker reflecting Russell Westbrook’s fashion sense. Despite its increasingly luxurious and versatile aesthetic, the Westbrook 0 was inspired by the Air Jordan 11. A year later, Jordan Brand unveiled the Westbrook 0.2 and now it seems that they are continuing the line because featured here is the Jordan Westbrook 0.3.
