The 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend was held in Toronto, Canada and in celebration of event, quite a few special-themed sneakers were released by renowned footwear brands like adidas and Nike. Patrick Ewing footwear brand Ewing Athletics often tends to skip the All-Star Weekend, but apparently this year they decided not to be left out. It may have took sneakerheads by surprise when Patrick Ewing’s Ewing Athletics revealed similar plans of joining in and dropping not one but two colorways of one of their most popular model, the Ewing 33 Hi. After The “Energy” Colorway More Curry Two Low Iterations Are Arriving Next Month

During mid February, sneakerheads may have come across the very first photos previewing the debuting “Energy” colorway of the Under Armour Curry Two Low. Soon after, it was also confirmed that the Under Armour release 2016 of the Curry Two Low “Energy” would be a Foot Locker-exclusive on February 13th and that it would arrive at worldwide retailers on March 6th. Even during the recent NBA All Star 3-Point Contest in which Stephen Curry defended his champion, he was rocking the Curry Two Low “Energy.” However, it turns out that the “Energy” will not be the only iteration to be up for grabs soon. With Kyrie Irving’s Impending Return The Kyrie 2 “All-Star” Is Also Arriving Soon

Like last year, it turns out that Nike Basketball once again has an “Easter” Pack in the works. As Sneaker1 has revealed in another post, an “Easter” colorway of the Nike LeBron 13 is a part of the collection. Last year, Nike’s “Easter” Pack had included Kyrie Irving’s very first signature sneaker model, the Kyrie 1. This year’s pack also includes an “Easter” rendition of another Kyrie Irving signature sneaker silhouette, this time the second one, the Nike Kyrie 2. However, while the Nike sneakers release 2016 of the Kyrie 2 “Easter” will take place next year, sneakerheads can cop the model’s “All-Star” iteration right away. Adidas Supports Derrick Rose’s 2016 All-Star Run With D Rose 6 “Aurora Borealis”

This year’s 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend is slated to take place in Toronto, Canada. It is likely that Derrick Rose is aiming to become an All-Star in 2016, but if he really wishes to accomplish this goal, it looks like he will have to turn things up a notch. However, his current pace has not phased adidas because the Three Stripes have whipped up another iteration of his latest signature sneaker model, the D Rose 6. Good news is that it is not a Player Exclusive, so although a date has not been confirmed, the adidas release 2016 of this All-Star-themed colorway will take place.
