Back in 1990s, Nike was at the forefront, developing some of the most innovative and revolutionary footwear designs of that era. When it came to performance footwear, Nike had already set an unparalleled technological benchmark. By the turn of the century though, Nike took an even more futuristic approach with its athletic shoes by introducing the Air Presto. Tobie Hatfield, Tinker Hatfield’s brother, had co-designed the Air Presto so that wearer’s could have shoes they could take control of with their feet. It seems that Nike is further expanding the Air Presto line by adding a new revamped version of the model to it, dubbed the Air Presto Extreme. The Jordan Dub Zero Makes Its Comeback In Two Colorways In November 2016

Jordan Brand celebrated its 30th Anniversary by bringing back the Jordan Dub Zero, which had been originally introduced back in 2005 as a hybrid model. All of the details and elements that the Jordan Dub Zero features were borrowed from some of Jordan Brand’s most iconic models, namely the Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 6, Air Jordan 11, Air Jordan 12, and the Air Jordan 13. Some even came from Jordan Brand’s later silhouettes, namely the Air Jordan 15, Air Jordan 17 and the Air Jordan 20. According to Instagram user @bigktheboss, two brand new colorways of the Jordan Dub Zero will be among November 2016’s Jordan releases. The AJ1 OG “Black/White” Appeared In This Clip Showcasing The AJ31 “Fine Print”

It is somewhat evident by now that Russell Westbrook is Jordan Brand’s poster child at the moment, especially for the Air Jordan 31, but Kawhi Leonard is not far behind. In late June, Kawhi had made an appearance in a Snapchat story on Jordan Brand’s account, where he had showcased two never-before-seen Air Jordan 30 PE iterations. That Snapchat story also marked the very first time that the Air Jordan 31 had been mentioned, back when the latest model had not yet been unveiled. Instead of Russell Westbrook, it is Kawhi who gets to rock the latest Air Jordan 31 colorway, while also previewing another sneaker. These Two Sock Dart Colorways Arrive Just Days After The Silhouette’s NIKEiD Debut

Just a couple of days ago, Nike revealed their decision to add the Sock Dart running model to NIKEiD. This obviously means that sneakerheads will now finally be able to use this popular running silhouette to whip up their own custom, unique colorways. However, the Swoosh are still maintaining the suspense by not detailing exactly what features and portions of the Sock Dart will be customizable. Moreover, those hoping to tweak out their own customized Sock Dart iterations will have to wait until April 18th. While waiting, they can also decide whether or not they will cop both or either of these two Sock Dart renditions. The 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend was held in Toronto, Canada and in celebration of event, quite a few special-themed sneakers were released by renowned footwear brands like adidas and Nike. Patrick Ewing footwear brand Ewing Athletics often tends to skip the All-Star Weekend, but apparently this year they decided not to be left out. It may have took sneakerheads by surprise when Patrick Ewing’s Ewing Athletics revealed similar plans of joining in and dropping not one but two colorways of one of their most popular model, the Ewing 33 Hi. Riccardo Tisci’s Latest Collaboration With NikeLab Adds A Twist To The Dunk High

Back in 2014, celebrated designer Riccardo Tisci and NikeLab joined forces in order to introduce a variety of re-imagined iterations of the Air Force 1. Riccardo has always been somewhat of a diehard basketball fan, so it is not surprising that the iconic Air Force 1 was at the center of his previous collaboration with NikeLab. However, just a couple of weeks before January came to an end, Riccardo started teasing sneakerheads, giving them a hint that he is once again teaming up with Nike. In fact, this latest collaboration between the two of them has already marked the Nike release 2016 of one of the Swoosh’s most historic basketball shoe, the Dunk High.
