Jordan Brand Borrows Nike’s Latest Innovative Cushioning Technology For The Futuristic Proto-Max 720

Despite countless innovations, when it comes to Nike’s various cushioning systems, Air Max has always been at the forefront. Nike introduced the Air-sole unit back in 1979 as a part of the Tailwind running shoe for athletes. The very first print advertisement for the Air Max referred to it as a “Revolution.” Thirty-one years later, the revolutionary model has evolved into the Air Max 720, Nike’s latest casual/lifestyle shoe to join the line, which comes equipped with 720 degrees of Air cushioning.
