A Jordan Brand & Converse Collaboration Rumored In March Is Apparently In Progress

Back in June last year, Jordan Brand celebrated the early years of Michael Jordan’s career by collaborating with Converse. Together they whipped up a pack that included the Air Jordan 2 “Alumni Game” and a UNC-themed Fastbreak Mid. Earlier in March this year, Jordan Brand and Converse collaborated once again. Converse’s Dan Sunwoo and Jordan Brand’s Tinker Hatfield teamed up to design a special iteration of the Pro Leather, which featured the “Jumpman” branding instead of the brand’s signature “Chevron Star” logo. Just four months later, there seems to be the possibility that Jordan Brand and Converse might be teaming up once again for another collaboration. Jordan Brand’s Team Jordan Line From The Late ‘90s Seems To Be Resurfacing

It was not until the late ‘90s that Jordan Brand officially came into existence as a separate brand under Nike. As any avid sneakerhead will know, Jordan Brand continued to produce signature numbered sneakers for Michael Jordan, but around that time, they also introduced the Team Jordan line of basketball sneakers. Ray Allen was the first basketball player to rock a Team Jordan sneaker on the court. It seems that not only is Jordan Brand bringing back a Team Jordan sneaker from 19 years ago but have also whipped up an Ultra Fly 3 colorway that looks like it belongs in the Team Jordan line.
