The Air Jordan 12 “Wool” PE Variation Has Received The Oregon Ducks Treatment

Within the sneaker community, Tinker Hatfield is widely recognized as the legendary sneaker designer who crafted models like the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 11, Air Max 90, and countless others. However, something that sneakerheads may not know about is the fact that before becoming a Nike designer, Tinker was a member of the Oregon Ducks. He represented the University of Oregon as one of their leading track and field. That explains why Jordan Brand has frequently gifted player exclusive Air Jordan sneakers to the Oregon Ducks. The latest one is the special PE variation of the Air Jordan 12 “Wool” that hit the shelves this past October. As sneakerheads know by now, the Air Jordan 3 has already returned. This Air Force 1 Mid Featuring Wool & Vachetta Is A Premium Iteration

The newest release from Nike’s Air Force lineup in 2009 was inspired from Huarache. The Huarache, itself, was actually a hybrid design that had fused the looks and style of Nike’s Huarache and another one of Nike’s stylishly designed releases, the BW. The specialty of Nike in releasing hybrid and fusion models is known to its loyal fan base. Nike not only mashes up and creates another model from combining two previously released designs, but also improves upon design and theme of the inspirations. However, not only is Nike’s latest upcoming Air Force 1 Mid release not a hybrid, but also happens to be a women’s exclusive. The Air Jordan 3 “Wool” Has Been Revamped To Sport A Lifestyle Look

The year 2014 had brought forth somewhat of a bad news for sneakerheads when it was announced that an Air Jordan model that they coveted a lot would no longer be produced indefinitely. Jordan Brand made the decision that for an undetermined amount of time, no more new Air Jordan 3 sneakers would arrive at retailers, and that duration turned out to be merely two years or so. 2016, the present year, is scheduled to mark the return of not one but two Air Jordan 3 iterations.
