Most sneakerheads probably know that it is considered “fashionably acceptable” to lace up in all-White sneakers throughout the summers. However, it is also likely that most sneakerheads find this trend illogical and do not mind rocking completely white sneakers throughout the year. When it comes to all-White sneakers, usually Converse and Vans canvas sneakers come to mind, but over the years, even Jordan Brand some very eye catching yet simplistic tonal White sneakers. Certain sneakerheads would find it odd to wear all-White sneakers in the winter, yet the Air Jordan 2017 releases will include yet another one. It will be the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG featured here.
Even though it is not Summer anymore, there are still plenty of White sneakers for sneakerheads to choose from. For instance, the plain White tennis shoes from Epaulet are not only in style but are actually quite capable of competing with the Nike Stan Smith. An all-White pair of the Vans Old Skool is another ideal choice, one that is a perfect representation of California skater style. The Chuck Taylor may seem like an irreplaceable classic from Converse, but the Chuck II definitely exceeded expectations and it also comes in a tonal White look. Brands like Acne Studios, adidas, Common Projects, Off-White and Thom Browne also offer all-White sneaker options.
Throughout this year, Jordan Brand has continued to introduce and eventually drop numerous retro Jordan releases. Sneakerheads have most likely never seen the Air Jordan 1 colorway featured here before and for those wondering, it has been dubbed “Pure White.” Its uppers are made up of premium leather, while micro perforations can be spotted over the ankles and Nike “Swoosh” logos. Since this is almost entirely White sneaker, so the clean hue covers the sneaker from the uppers down to the midsoles. Its only contrasting feature is its all-Black outsoles and its tongues also sport embossed “Nike Air” logos.
Summer will not being until later next year, but there is nothing wrong with rocking an all-White sneaker during Spring, judging from what is being reported, this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG will be making its retail debut among the January Jordan releases 2017.
