Avid sneakerheads probably recall the “Snow Camo” pack of the Nike Air Huarache that exclusively hit the shelves at Foot Locker Europe only when it was originally released. 2014 was actually quite a dominant year for the Nike Huarache, unfortunately stateside sneakerheads were not able to grab the nearly all-black and all-grey Air Huarache “Snow Camo” iterations. While the entire pack is not going to make a comeback, but Nike Sportswear is bringing the black version of the sneaker, which will finally make a global retail debut on one of the upcoming Nike release dates 2015.
Many sneakerheads have probably been trying to keep track of all the Air Huarache releases that Nike has been dropping this year. Of course, this is not an easy task considering the back to back Air Huarache pairs that keep on arriving at retailers. For instance, Nike recently dropped the “Grey Tech Fleece” and the woven “Hot Lava” colorways of the running shoes not so long ago. Sneakerheads have particularly grown fond of grey version that is a part of the Nike Sportswear “Tech Fleece” Pack.
However, this new Air Huarache stands out even more since it features camo, which is among the finest prints to have made an appearance on Nike sneakers. Ominous black is spread out throughout the upper of the sneaker, with the exception of the neoprene bootie, which is covered in a black, grey and white camouflage print. The combination of black leather overlays and a black neoprene toebox also add a nice touch. While it is mostly a dark sneaker, it features some contrast in the form of a white midsole.
Sneakerheads likely agree that camo looks good on the Air Huarache and those in Europe can look forward to copping a pair of this sneaker on one of the September 2015 Nike release dates. Unlike the past, collectors in the U.S. will also be getting the opportunity to get their hands on this Nike Air Huarache “Snow Camo” colorway, but they will have to wait for Fall before they can.
