20 years have passed since the Nike Air Odyssey was first introduced and then released by Nike. In the past few decades, the Nike Air Odyssey was not under the spotlight, but in recent times it seems that Nike has decided to give it new life by dropping a bunch of new colorways for sneakerheads to choose from. This upcoming “Green Haze” is apparently the latest iteration of the Nike Air Odyssey that is on its way to retailers on one of the upcoming Nike release dates 2015 and these photos provide a closer look at the sneaker.
Over the summer, Nike Sportswear has treated sneakerheads to quite a few new colorways Nike Air Odyssey, but it is unlikely that sneakerheads were expecting this 1987 rendition to surface. The upper of this sneaker from way back in the past is made up of premium leather and suede, which appear to be dressed up in multiple hues. For instance, the pink hue covering the collar Nike Swoosh logo and the tongue is Arctic Orange, which adds a pop of vibrancy to this alright multi-colored sneaker. The midsole appear to be covered in a University Orange shade that seems to give off quite the vintage vibes.
Many of the sneakerheads reading this were probably not even this colorway of the Nike Air Odyssey first made its retail debut originally back in 1987. Obviously, this sneaker has been retroed yet it does not lose its vintage appeal. The green and orange tones are perfectly blended with the contrasting pink, and this colorway is overall quite well balanced. It as definitely been a long time in the waiting and sneakerheads probably did not even know that such a colorway existed. Best of all, the Nike Air Odyssey “Green Haze” is already up for grabs since it already hit the shelves on one of the recent Nike release dates 2015.
