The SB Clutch Is One Of Nike’s Most Affordable & Budget-Friendly Skateboarding Shoes
Collecting Nike footwear is not a cheap or cost-effective hobby by a long shot, rather it can get quite a costly hobby. Many sneakerheads tend to be on a budget and spend a lot of time collecting the money they eventually spend on copping their favorite sneakers. Fortunately, Nike is kind enough to drop budget-friendly, inexpensive sneakers from time to time and it seems that they whipped up one of their most affordable skateboarding models, the SB Clutch. Sneakerheads will not even have to wait for its Nike sneakers release 2016 and they can grab a pair at retail price under $100.
Apparently, the very first SB Janoski model served as a source of inspiration for the SB Clutch, so it can be regarded as both a lifestyle and skateboarding shoe. Named after professional skateboarder Stefan Janoski, the SB Zoom Janoski has always been a bestseller from Nike’s SB series. It was back in 2009 when the skateboarding shoe had originally been introduced, and it did not take long for both everyday sneakerheads and skateboarders to grow immensely fond of it. Now it seems that the Nike SB Janoski has a worthy successor in the form of the SB Clutch that is currently available in two colorways.
The Nike SB Clutch is an impressively breathable shoe since its upper is made up of deconstructed canvas, which comes dressed up in Black and Dark Grey for each colorway, respectively. Both iterations of the SB Clutch also happen to be equipped with a Gum rubber outsole. Each side panel also has a Nike Swoosh embroidered onto it, while further branding can be spotted on the tongue tag.
For sneakerheads who can not afford to spend more than $100 on a pair of kicks at the moment, the Nike SB Clutch is for them. Its Nike release 2016 has already taken place and it is retailing for $65, so sneakerheads will actually end up saving some cash.
