Adidas and adidas Originals are all set to debut a couple of brand new NMD releases in 2017. It cannot be denied that the biggest adidas NMD release of 2016 in terms of sheer number was the NMD collection consisting of a total of 19 different colorways, all of which had hit the shelves back in mid-August. However, with 2017 nearing, adidas seems to have a few plans for upcoming NMD releases.
In fact, adidas will be debuting a completely new NMD variation in 2017 and it has been dubbed the NMD CS2 PK. The NMD has become considerably popular ever since adidas had first introduced it, so it makes sense for something different and fresh to be introduced. The NMD CS2 PK seems resemble the NMD Chukka and apparently its first colorway that will arrive at retailers in April 2017 will sport a color scheme of Blakc and Grey over its Primeknit uppers. It will also be equipped with all-White Boost midsoles and all-Black rubber outsoles.
adidas also has a collection planned for 2017, being referred to as the “Glitch” Pack, and it will include an NMD R1 colorway as well. In fact, its retail debut at a price of $130 has already been confirmed for February 1st, 2017. The NMD R1 “Glitch” will have Primeknit uppers featuring 3M reflective accents and glitch graphics all over.
Women can also rejoice because adidas will also drop an adidas NMD release for them in 2017. The colorway is apparently nicknamed “Core Black,” referring to its nearly all-Black perforated and woven mesh uppers. The women’s adidas NMD “Core Black” will apparently make its retail debut at some point in Spring 2017.
